More than Strong
A Group for Black Mothers and Caregivers
We formed this group after seeing a need in our community for a space for pregnant and postpartum mothers to come together to support one another and learn about ways to take care of themselves while taking care of others.
Topics will include:
How stress impacts the body
Depression and anxiety
Impacts of trauma
Who: Black and multi-racial women who are pregnant or up to 18 months postpartum. You may have other children as well.
We will be meeting via Zoom on Tuesdays through 11/15/22.
Group: Up to seven people
