Robin is a clinically grounded mental health professional with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals through trauma, transition, and complex life stressors. She specializes in empirically supported treatments—including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches—while maintaining a compassionate, person-first stance that honors each client’s identity, autonomy, and lived experience.
Rooted in trauma-informed principles, Robin is committed to meeting clients exactly where they are. She creates a therapeutic space defined by safety, collaboration, and deep respect. Much of her work has centered on underrepresented populations, including women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, where she brings an affirming, culturally responsive lens that recognizes the broader systems impacting wellbeing.
Robin is also deeply invested in community outreach and community-building. She believes healing happens both individually and collectively, and she actively participates in initiatives that expand access to care, reduce stigma, and strengthen connection across the communities she serves.
Robin is currently welcoming clients who are pregnant, recently pregnant, or parenting an infant — and these services are offered completely free of charge, if eligible.
