Caitlin Dallas, LPC
Life can be heartbreakingly difficult, and progress is often nonlinear – however, I am here to walk with you on your path to healing. I believe that everyone is capable of change and that change happens through the collaboration between client and counselor. I am honored to be a part of your journey.
I am experienced working with depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, relationship issues, chronic pain, and identity issues. I am passionate about women’s issues, systemic barriers to mental health resources, and am LGBTQ+ affirmative. Often we experience a disconnect between our mind and our bodies. I use mindfulness and somatic techniques to help you reconnect and take steps to return to wholeness.
I completed my master’s degree in counselor education from Virginia Tech in 2020 and worked as an inpatient counselor at a facility from October 2019 through March 2021. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia.
